Each module includes an online Yoga Nidra, theory, practice with case studies and micro skills.
Or do in your own time via replays with Q&A online and a 1:1 phone consultation at a time to suit you.
Course Time commitment is approx 4 hours per module including
Restorative Yoga Nidra practice in a relaxing position, usually supine: minimum 3 x a week in your own time. (10- 30 mins)
Weekly short tasks to complete e.g. readings, journaling and videos.
Innovative teaching with online self paced tasks and a fabulous learning portal.
Continuing access to the resources for 3 years from enrolment.
