Rebecca Fagan is based in Brisbane, Australia and is a registered and experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Yoga Teacher ERYT 500+, TCM acupuncture practitioner and in more recent years Physioyoga Educator. Rebecca has a passionate interest in mind - body connections in health particularly for chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions. Rebecca as seen great benefits experienced by her clients with the use of yoga tools individually and in classes throughout 30 years in private practice. 

Rebecca has a passion for introducing the benefits of Yoga to people of varying abilities with accessible yoga. Rebecca has been studying and practising yoga for 25 years, experiencing many different forms and meditation traditions. These include the holistic approach of Bihar Yoga, classical Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Yin. Rebecca combines Physioyoga principles and traditional yoga. She values incorporating yoga including mindfulness, pranayama breathing practices, meditation, yoga nidra and asana.

Acupuncture, pilates and yoga therapy are an integral part of every clients treatment plan.
