Weekly modules with readings, videos and short tasks self paced in the learning portal.
Weekly experience of therapeutic yoga classes 30-60 mins.
Practice x 3 a week 

Self care and professional development combined with innovative, experiential training.

* Continuing access to the learning portal, resources and research       updates for 5+ years!
* Ongoing Therapeutic Yoga Community Connection.

150hr Therapeutic Yoga Course
Opportunity to use this training module to build the full 
Therapeutic Yoga certification.
Yoga Teachers can use this PD to progress from a 200hr to 350hr YTT. 
Or a 350 to 500 hr YTT qualification.
